I have escalated this to Sonos and have spoken to Sonos support Reason The computer "STUDY" is not responding' message. I just keep getting a 'Sonos was unable to add the music folder. This year sometiime) but I now cannot connect to the My Music at all. I cannot quite pinpoint when this happened (earlier My music collection is on iTunes and collected in the My Music Folder.
